Our landlord services are designed to make letting and managing your property straightforward. Below you can find a clear breakdown of our service fees, what is included and the total payable where VAT applies.
ABC Gone Ltd is VAT registered. VAT at 20% applies to applicable letting, management, administration and arrangement services.
Residential rent itself is not subject to VAT. Where our fee is calculated as a percentage or number of weeks of rent, VAT applies only to the ABC Gone service fee.
Third-party costs, including council, court, contractor and insurance charges, may be payable separately.

Letting and management fees: £0
The service includes rent payments from the agreed start date, tenant management, property inspections, maintenance coordination and deposit administration, subject to the lease terms.
Optional services outside the Lease Agreement may be charged separately.
Rent protection and legal expenses cover is available subject to tenant referencing, eligibility requirements, rent limits, exclusions and the terms of the relevant policy.
