Many guaranteed rent companies in London only rent to private rented council tenants. This is because the councils guarantee the rent. Although there is nothing wrong with this approach, we find that the tenants whose rent is paid by someone else, do not treat the properties with the same care as those who pay the rent from their own pocket.

Many letting agents in East London charge their fee upfront, for the full length of the tenancy. We believe that the fair approach is to deduct our fee each month from each rental payment.
