In order to provide an accurate appraisal, one of our highly experienced Property Valuers makes an appointment and visits the property. We take into consideration the location, size and condition of your property together with the state of the local market before providing you with a detailed comparative report.
After our visit, if we are a good fit for each other, one of our ARLA-qualified Property Managers will talk you through your various options. Under our Guaranteed Rent service, we will carry out any pre-agreed enhancements (e.g. refurbishments, de-infestations) and meet all landlord safety obligations (fire and smoke alarm installations, relevant certificates) before putting your property on the rental market.
