How It Works:
  1. We Become Your Tenant: When you sign up, ABC Gone becomes your sole tenant, taking full responsibility for the property. This means you only need to communicate with us—no more tenant hassles.
  2. Guaranteed Payments: From the start date, your rent is guaranteed every month, whether the property is occupied or vacant.
  3. Rent Guarantee Protection: Our Rent Guarantee is backed by ABC Gone’s comprehensive protection product, covering every landlord in our community. Even if a tenant stops paying rent or the property is vacant, your rental income is secure, guaranteed by us and supported by underwriters.
  4. No Setup Fees or Commissions: We don’t charge any setup fees or commissions. Instead, we offer a slightly reduced rent in exchange for a risk-free, consistent income stream.

FREE No-Obligation Rental Valuation

In order to provide an accurate appraisal, one of our highly experienced Property Valuers makes an appointment and visits the property. We take into consideration the location, size and condition of your property together with the state of the local market before providing you with a detailed comparative report.

Step 2

Preparing Your Property

After our visit, if we are a good fit for each other, one of our ARLA-qualified Property Managers will talk you through your various options. Under our Guaranteed Rent service, we will carry out any pre-agreed enhancements (e.g. refurbishments, de-infestations) and meet all landlord safety obligations (fire and smoke alarm installations, relevant certificates) before putting your property on the rental market.

Marketing Your Property
