Introduction Only Service: 3 Weeks of Rent
Our services include a free market valuation, comprehensive property marketing with a tailored marketing plan, tenant sourcing and referencing, negotiation of tenancy terms, preparation and provision of legal documents, collection and remittance of the initial rent and deposit, and secure deposit registration with The Deposit Protection Service.
Let Only & Rent Collection Service: 3 Weeks of Rent and 5% of Rent
In addition to our Introduction Only services, we manage rent collection and promptly transfer payments to you, provide detailed monthly statements, and handle the collection of any rent arrears.
Fully Managed Service: 12% of Monthly Rent
In addition to our Let Only and Rent Collection services, we provide a comprehensive property inventory, prepare all necessary legal documentation, conduct regular property inspections and provide you with detailed reports, coordinate and manage all maintenance work, handle deposit reconciliation, and liaise with tenants regarding tenancy renewals.
Lease Agreement (Guaranteed Rent) Zero Fees
Guaranteed Payments: From the start date, we guarantee your rent every month, whether the property is occupied or vacant.
No Voids & Professional Tenants: We provide vetted professional tenants, ensuring stability and security.Our Rent Guarantee is backed by ABC Gone’s comprehensive protection product, covering every landlord in our community. Even if a tenant stops paying rent or the property is vacant, your rental income is secure, guaranteed by us and supported by underwriters.
Comprehensive Management: We handle everything—take care of minor maintenance on your property, preparing legal documentation, conducting regular property inspections, arranging maintenance, managing deposit reconciliation, and communicating with tenants about renewals.
