Viewings are organised around HMO house rules and schedules, and every applicant is referenced for ID, credit, affordability, and landlord/employer checks. For HMOs, we also room-match to keep a balanced, stable household.
Where required, we manage licence applications and renewals and guide you on meeting fire-safety standards—alarms, doors, signage, and regular checks. We advise on amenity and space standards and maintain accurate records so you’re covered for notices and insurance.
Tenants report issues 24/7 via our maintenance portal. We triage each job, provide quotes, and instruct vetted trades, with emergency thresholds agreed in advance. For HMOs, we also run a preventative maintenance calendar to reduce surprises and keep everything running smoothly.
